Quicker Player 1.2

Quicker Player plays QuickTime and MPEG movies at an adjustable speed. How is this useful?

Faster Playback:

Playing movies faster saves time, even when watching entire movies without skipping and missing any content! This is ideal for watching important movies like instructions, speeches, and news in less time!

You should be able to play movies at around twice the normal speed and still perceive both the audio and video. Start with normal playback, then increase the speed gradually until you reach the fastest speed that works for you.

If you watch TV on your computer using a product like EyeTV, record and export any TV show as a QuickTime movie. Then, combine faster playback with skipping commercials to reduce a 2-hour show down to just 40 minutes!

Sometimes, you can't rely on just the video to skip or find portions of a movie. When the content of the movie is a speech for example, the fast playback is a great substitute for the standard fast forward!

If you produce QuickTime movies, this is the perfect tool to make repetitive movie testing more efficient.

Slower Playback:

Playing movies slower is useful when analyzing the video or watching movies you can't keep up with. For example, when you're watching step by step instructions, transcribing, translating, taking notes, etc.
